• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.

• Domestic Shipping: We ship via USPS with estimated delivery between 3-15 days, depending on location.

• International Shipping: We currently do offer international shipping. Estimated delivery times vary.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout. 

• Lost/Damaged Packages: Once an order ships, it’s out of our hands. If your package is lost or damaged, contact USPS for resolution. We’ll help if possible, but we’re not responsible for carrier errors.

• Returns & Exchanges: See our return policy for details on eligibility. Shipping costs for returns are covered by customer.
